2006 Ford Mustang Review and Specifications

Who does not know 2006 Ford Mustang GT? This car is so much famous and adorable regarding the specifications and the performance. Through Damaraji‘s review I will share you more about 2006 Ford Mustang GT specs and features.

2006 Ford Mustang GT Review
2006 Ford Mustang GT comes with some new components and features. The exterior of this car gets reshaped and redesigned to support better performance.

The reshaped and redesigned exterior also aims to enhance the aerodynamics so that this car can move swiftly but stably.

As a matter of fact, 2006 Mustang GT is an 18-inch wheeled vehicle which is equipped with appearance package, including rear spoiler, new designed headlights and fog lamps. The package may also be determined based on the trim level.

Speaking of trim level, based on 2006 Ford Mustang GT review, there are two trim levels available for Mustang GT. They are GT Deluxe and GT Premium. The premium trim level comes with leather seats meanwhile the deluxe trim level comes with sporty seats.

Instead of having two different trim levels, 2006 Ford Mustang GT is also available in two different models.

They are Mustang GT coupe and Mustang GT convertible. Aside from those trim levels and platform models, 2006 Ford Mustang GT is equipped with some features, such as ergonomic cabin, upgrading package involving additional darker aluminum interior trim, speakers, dash-mounted display, air conditioner and more.

But, I think it is a bit disappointing when I find that 2006 Mustang GT does not have Bluetooth connectivity, navigation system, side curtain airbags, and stability control. Besides, this car also employs low grade plastic interior which is too bad for this stylish car.

2006 Ford Mustang GT Engine and Price
2006 Ford Mustang GT becomes my favorite due to the engine running in it.

Ford Mustang GT 2006 runs a 4.6-liter V8 engine with variable valve timing. This engine can develop 300 horsepower at 5750rpm and 320lb-ft of torque.

To be able to develop that 300 horsepower, this rear-wheel drive car employs a 5-speed manual transmission.

A 5-speed automatic gearbox is available as another transmission option. Despite of having powerful output, this 4.6-liter V8 engine produces satisfying mpg ratings. It reaches 15mpg in the city and 23mpg on the highway.

However, if I compare the mpg ratings of 2006 Ford Mustang GT with the other cars in the same level, the Mustang GT mpg ratings are not that satisfying.

There are some cars which can reach better mpg ratings than Ford Mustang GT. Aside from 15/23mpg ratings, 2006 Ford Mustang GT price is very decent. The base model is offered starting from $20,000. That’s another factor which makes me in love with Mustang GT 2006.
